Students of the Photography BA programme can learn the basiscs of classic and contemporary photography and interdisciplinary creative strategies from illustrious teachers, in small group, using state-of-the-art technologies, to become style setters globally.
The programme is designed to train photographers with a thorough knowledge of photography and an autonomous vision, who are able to express their ideas on a variety of subjects using the diverse language of photography across various means, styles and genres.

News
This year, the MOME community celebrated the graduates of twelve MA and nine BA courses in a festive ceremony. Speeches were given by interior designer Mrs. Bánki née Laura Szerdahelyi, one of our jubilee graduates, who turns 91 this year and designed the interiors of Déli Railway Station; Curator and László Moholy-Nagy’s grandson Daniel Hug; and designer Stefan Lengyel, who is celebrating a milestone anniversary this year. In addition to conferring the degrees, this year’s Rector’s Special Awards and several professional awards were announced, and the Gold, Diamond and Iron jubilee graduates also received their certificates.
Events
From 8–12 December, MOME KIPAK returns once again! Every corner of the campus will be filled with the works, exhibitions, installations, and presentations of MOME students.
MOME’s Open Day is back on 31 January, this time in the virtual sphere...
