Definition of the University’s training tasks
Defines the University’s training and research tasks, and controls their implementation
Own operational procedures and other plans
Develops its own operational procedures and institution development plan, including a research and development innovation strategy
Drafting a recommendation for the call for applications for the Rector’s position
In response to the maintainer’s call to action, drafts a recommendation for the call for applications for the Rector’s position, provides an opinion on the rectors’ applications, selects its own rector candidate, and evaluates the leadership activities of the rector
